The type of personal information we collect on our website

When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. 

We currently collect and process the following information that you provide via the webform:

  • Name

  • Email address

If you request an insurance quote from us

We do not currently offer the ability to buy insurance on our website, and so our website does not collect any financial information from you.

However, if you decide to get a quote for insurance from us, we will need to collect and process the following personal information, which we will share with Apollo, the insurer, via a third party technology platform, Whitespace:

  • Employee salaries

  • Employee gender

  • Employee dates of birth

  • Employee reference numbers or equivalent

If you take out insurance with us and make a claim, we will work with a third party claims administrator, contracting through our insurer Apollo, to process your claim.


How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You have provided it to us on email

We use the information that you have given us in order to follow up with you regarding the unique insurance products that we offer.

We may share the information with Squarespace, our website provider.

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep emails and names for seven years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our servers.
