Sometimes we have to say - sorry we can’t cover you

We really want to get a wide range of different businesses onto JustParent. However, we’re only just launching the product and so there are some limitations. We currently cannot offer cover for:

• Businesses with fewer than 25 employees

• Employees who live outside the UK

• Employees who are contractors - they need to be employees, part-time is fine

We also exclude some key employees in the business because there might be a conflict of interest for them when buying the policy. These “excluded employees” are defined as:

• Any employee who is a director, person with significant control or chief executive or equivalent of the Policyholder, or the person with the authority delegated from these individuals to purchase this Policy.

• Any person related to an excluded employee by birth or marriage or in a relationship with an excluded employee, or who would have joint parental responsibility for a child with an excluded employee.
